They are now seeking an experienced, entrepreneurially minded Head of E-Commerce to lead and drive the Group\u2019s profit-generating business unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Summary: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a pioneering role within the Group, leading a new digital commerce department that acts as an internal agency and shared service across all business units, including Automotive, F&amp;B, Health &amp; Beauty, and other businesses within the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The Head of E-Commerce will drive group-wide digital sales strategy, develop omnichannel solutions, and support all brands in scaling their e-commerce presence and customer engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1.  <strong>E-Commerce Strategy and Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and lead the MKA Group-wide digital commerce roadmap, aligning with each brand&#8217;s growth ambitions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design scalable solutions and platform infrastructure that allow easy onboarding of new product lines and brands.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote digital adoption across legacy and emerging business units.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong> Platform &amp; Operations Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Own and manage daily operations of B2C and B2B platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure platform reliability, UI\/UX consistency, SEO optimization, and high operational performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Standardize digital store management SOPs across businesses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.  <strong>Sales Optimization &amp; Data Analytics<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Run A\/B testing, UX improvements, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and cart abandonment solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to monitor key metrics (traffic, conversion, LTV).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate monthly digital sales performance reports by business unit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.  <strong>Product Catalogue &amp; Digital Merchandising<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage and advise digital merchandising including pricing, bundling, promotions, and seasonal launches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement central PIM practices and ensure brand compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.  <strong>Omnichannel Integration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build seamless bridges between online and offline retail\u2014click &amp; collect, in-store promotions, or warehouse fulfilment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support retail team digital readiness (e.g., POS integration, QR engagement tools).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.  <strong>Cross-Functional Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless digital-to-delivery journey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Champion internal onboarding and education workshops for traditional sales or product teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.  <strong>Vendor &amp; Partner Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage vendors including platform contacts, developers, fulfilment logistics, and tool subscriptions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.  <strong>Financial &amp; Service Performance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead budgeting for digital commerce initiatives and track ROI across campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage internal service SLAs with business units (e.g., campaign turnarounds &lt;48 hours).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.<strong>  Team Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build and grow the in-house digital commerce team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish SOPs, KPIs, and training for digital executives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum 5 years in e-commerce leadership, ideally in automotive, lifestyle or FMCG sectors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok), analytics (GA4) and ERP\/PIM tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven success scaling online revenue and leading cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong stakeholder management, able to align multiple brands toward shared digital goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
