Retail Operations Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee daily operations of all retail outlets to ensure smooth running.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ii. Merchandise Sales &amp; Product Ordering<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plan and execute sales strategies to meet retail targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage product ordering, inventory control, and stock replenishment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure correct product assortment, pricing, and attractive displays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>iii. Inventory &amp; Performance Monitoring<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor stock levels, identify slow-moving items, and plan promotions or markdowns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and analyze sales performance, inventory turnover, and retail KPIs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare retail operations and performance reports for management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>iv. Budget &amp; Vendor Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenses to maximize profitability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with procurement to ensure cost-effective purchasing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field (professional certifications in Retail Management or Supply Chain are an advantage).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management<\/strong>, including <strong>3\u20135 years in a managerial role<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong background in <strong>merchandise sales, inventory management, and product ordering<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in managing multiple outlets or high-volume retail operations is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and retail performance metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For more information, you may reach out to Grace Tan via email (grace.tan@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-780 1215)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the company: A leading tourism and leisure group specializing in marine life attractions and educational experiences.
