With a strong commitment to excellence and customer-centric values, it partners with leading global technology providers to offer customized, scalable solutions tailored to meet evolving market demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promote a wide range of ICT products, solutions, services, and maintenance offerings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet or exceed the sales targets set by the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build new customer relationships in the commercial, industrial, and end-user sectors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and new customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare quotations, coordinate goods delivery, and manage payment collection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research and identify potential customers to create new sales opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiate contact with prospective customers through cold calls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow up with customers and manage the entire sales process from start to finish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum qualification of SPM or Diploma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales<\/strong>, preferably in the\u00a0<strong>ICT sector<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales is an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of ICT products, solutions, and services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to meet and exceed sales targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skilled in researching and identifying new sales opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experienced in cold calling and managing customer relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work independently and also in a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good telephone etiquette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Results-driven and customer-focused.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enthusiastic, hardworking, and persistent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Arthur Lee via email (arthur.lee@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+60125805506).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the company: Our client specializes in delivering comprehensive IT solutions with a focus on cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation services.
