Job Summary: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead a radical and strategic transformation of our technology stack and development philosophy. Your primary mission will be to architect and execute our shift from a traditional, manual-code development model to an AI-native, self-improving product ecosystem. You will build and lead a team of AI experts focused on leveraging the latest generative AI tools to pioneer in the field of AI-based 3D reconstruction.

Key Responsibilities: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Strategic AI & Technology Leadership:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Spearhead our core initiative in AI-based 3D Reconstruction<\/strong>, setting the technical direction for projects including live 2D-to-3D video conversion, 3D humanoid generation from media, and seamless AI tool integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Define and own the company’s long-term technology vision and AI strategy, ensuring it aligns with commercial goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Architect a new, AI-native development process where the primary focus shifts from writing code to managing, training, and guiding AI systems for autonomous learning and improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Lead the technological vision and strategy with a bold focus on integrating artificial super intelligence as one of the core drivers of innovation, scalability, and long-term competitive advantage.

      2. Team Building & Leadership:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Lead a fundamental team transition by recruiting, mentoring, and leading a team of AI experts\u2014individuals who are proficient in leveraging AI for code generation and product development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Foster a culture of continuous learning and rapid experimentation with emerging AI tools and methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Manage and guide a globally distributed team

        3. Commercial & Cross-Functional Collaboration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Work in lockstep with the Head of Commercial, to ensure our AI product roadmap directly addresses B2B client needs and market opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Oversee B2B client technical integration and project management, ensuring seamless adoption of our AI-powered 3D tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Act as the key technical voice for the company with clients, partners, and investors.

          4. Execution & Operational Excellence:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • Oversee the integration of our 3D tools with relevant third-party AI platforms and vice-versa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Establish robust MLOps and data infrastructure to support rapid iteration, model training, and deployment of our AI systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Maintain a hands-on understanding of the competitive AI tool landscape to ensure our team is using best-in-class technologies.

            <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Requirements: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5+ years in a role directly responsible for AI\/ML strategy and delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Experience in building and managing AI-native products or teams. Experience in Computer Vision, 3D Reconstruction, or Spatial AI is a significant plus<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Experience in recruiting top technical talent and building high-functioning, potentially distributed, teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Strong knowledge of modern AI\/ML frameworks, MLOps principles, and cloud infrastructure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • A track record of successful collaboration with commercial\/sales functions to deliver on business objectives.

              • You have a deep understanding of the modern AI tool ecosystem (e.g., for code generation, model training, computer vision) and the ability to evaluate and integrate new tools rapidly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • You are an exceptional leader, with the ability to build, inspire, and manage high-performing, distributed technical teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • You possess outstanding communication skills and can collaborate effectively with commercial leadership to bridge technology and business strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • You are excited by the challenge of rebuilding a technology stack and team from the ground up to be truly AI-first.
