Our client is a foreign-invested, technology-driven manufacturer and supplier specializing in HVAC systems, with its manufacturing plant located in Bandar Serendah, Selangor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n



<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Production Planning & Execution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Coordinate and monitor production schedules to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ensure proper allocation of manpower and resources to meet production demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Quality & Process Control<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ensure products meet customer and regulatory quality standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Work closely with QA\/QC to implement corrective & preventive actions for quality issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Support the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


3. Efficiency & Productivity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Identify, analyse and implement improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency, reduce cost and improve quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Initiate and lead Lean Manufacturing and 6S initiatives on the shop floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


4. Team Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Supervise and provide guidance to supervisors, line leaders and operators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Conduct daily briefings to ensure team members are aware of production performance, safety procedures and other related information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Assist in staff training, development, and performance monitoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Enforcement of company rules and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5. Machine & Material Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ensure materials usage in control and efficiently. Report, investigate and taking corrective action for losses or variance if any.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Coordinate with Maintenance Team for preventive maintenance and breakdown recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Report and log equipment malfunctions or capacity issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


6. Reporting & Documentation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Maintain accurate production records and generate daily\/weekly\/monthly reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Assist in inventory stock-take, WIP tracking, and reject\/scrap reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Support internal and external audits (ISO, safety, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n


7. Health, Safety & Environmental<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental regulatory, standards and requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering and related fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Min. 5 years\u2019 experience in production management and engineering from air-conditioning electronic appliance manufacturing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems is highly preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Leadership Skills (Manager): The ability to lead and motivate a production team effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform management decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong capability to identify and resolve complex production issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Experience: Experience in production management, manufacturing, or HVAC is often required.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
