Talent Acquisition<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work with management to plan workforce needs in line with business growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the entire hiring process\u2014from sourcing candidates to making job offers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Onboarding &amp; Offboarding<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company\u2019s culture and operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the exit process, conduct exit interviews, and analyze turnover data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create engagement programs to improve morale, productivity, and employee retention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Performance, Training &amp;
