They provide professional guidance and project management support throughout the entire process \u2014 from client consultation to document submission and coordination with relevant authorities.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist in managing Green Card application projects and ensure smooth coordination throughout the process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brief clients on necessary information and project requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in preparing simple videos or PowerPoint presentations for client briefings or internal communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in preparing, processing, and organizing required documents for immigration applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help identify and coordinate suitable locations or agents for submitting documents and letters to clients or immigration departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate and coordinate with external agents, partners, and clients to ensure project timelines are met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform general administrative and support tasks as required by the project team.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be able to <strong>speak, read, and write in Mandarin<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum qualification: <strong>SPM certificate<\/strong>; candidates with a <strong>Diploma<\/strong> are preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills in both <strong>English and Chinese<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Self-learner<\/strong>, <strong>proactive<\/strong>, and able to take <strong>initiative<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have a <strong>suitable device (laptop)<\/strong> and be <strong>able to work remotely<\/strong>.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About our client: The company specializes in assisting clients with U.S. Green Card application projects.
