Our client, an MNC, <\/strong>is a highly respected international legal & compliance solutions provider, operating across 8 countries \u2014 <\/strong>is expanding its specialised legal entity management team and is looking for a Corporate Governance Specialist<\/strong> to join their growing hub in Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you enjoy working across borders, managing complex legal entities and acting as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders \u2014 this role might be your next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What You\u2019ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Oversee compliance of legal entities with applicable laws and regulations across various jurisdictions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Maintain and organize legal documentation, including by-laws, contracts, minutes of meetings, and other relevant legal documents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Draft and revise documents relating to legal entities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Coordinate the work of local law firms and corporate service providers in various jurisdictions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Carry out research in the business unit’s specialist field;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Carry out administrative and legal tasks assigned by the manager.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. University degree;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Excellent command of written and spoken English; good command of Chinese (Mandarin);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Good analysis skills: ability to interpret applicable laws, regulations and case law;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Proactive, curious, rigorous, detail-oriented, professional and organized (deadlines and priority management);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Good oral communication skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Sense of service and team spirit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
