AI \/ ML Governance, Risk Assessment &amp; Model Evaluation (Financial Services Industry)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Position Overview<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The job incumbent will report to AI Governance Lead.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ideally, the candidate is a technically strong AI\/ML practitioner who has transitioned into or is passionate to transition into AI governance and risk, with practical experience evaluating models, understanding GenAI, and building governance tools. <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capable of bridging the gap between AI team and business\/regulatory stakeholders, ensuring responsible and compliant use of AI across the organisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Working experience in financial services (banking, fintech, insurance) is preferred due to regulatory expectations, risk culture, and governance maturity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Role Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support development and implementation of the <strong>AI governance framework, policies, and procedures<\/strong>, ensuring the framework and related documents are practical, scalable, and aligned with regulatory expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support <strong>quality assurance activities and reviews for Generative AI (GenAI) use cases including model comparison and selection<\/strong>, <strong>defining and applying Quantitative performance metrics for GenAI models<\/strong>, and setting and reviewing minimum thresholds and best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in <strong>identifying and quantifying potential risks across the GenAI lifecycle<\/strong>, and work with stakeholders to <strong>develop mitigation plans that address operational, regulatory, and reputational considerations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Provide guidance, advisory support, and oversight to business units on AI governance matters<\/strong>, ensuring consistency in application across the organisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist to <strong>prepare presentation materials and dashboards for management reporting, governance committees,<\/strong> <strong>and internal training sessions<\/strong> to <strong>build awareness and capability in ethical and responsible AI practices<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Education, Experience, Specific Skills &amp; Competencies<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 &#8211;
