{"id":16928,"date":"2025-11-19T07:20:17","date_gmt":"2025-11-19T07:20:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=16928"},"modified":"2025-12-30T16:27:23","modified_gmt":"2025-12-30T16:27:23","slug":"mixologist-beverage-rd-assistant","status":"expired","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&p=16928","title":{"rendered":"Mixologist \/ Beverage R&amp;D Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>About our client<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company is a food and beverage ingredients manufacturer specializing in dessert and beverage powders, syrups, and related products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop, test, and refine drink recipes using company ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support R&amp;D in evaluating new raw materials, flavours, and concepts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare sample drinks for internal tests or client presentations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document recipes, measurements, and preparation SOPs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in product improvement based on feedback and market insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide demonstrations or training to customers when needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in tasting events, sampling sessions, and exhibitions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare all ingredients, materials, tools, and equipment required for events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in cleaning up the event\/office area after each session or exhibition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the R&amp;D lab and preparation space.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with Sales &amp; Marketing on menu creation and product concepts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience as a barista, bartender, or mixologist is highly preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong creativity and passion for beverage development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail-oriented with good documentation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication and presentation confidence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About our client The company is a food and beverage ingredients manufacturer specializing in dessert and beverage powders, syrups, and related products.
