Since its incorporation in 2018, the company has specialized in <strong>PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)<\/strong> and a wide range of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, coils, and transformers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee and manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure inventory accuracy through proper stock control, cycle counting, and documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and compliance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with safety standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics and supply flow<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze warehouse performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure timely order processing and delivery to meet customer expectations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><br><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of warehouse systems, inventory control, and logistics processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to train, guide, and continuously improve the skills of warehouse team members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Mandarin to support clear communication with colleagues and partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><br><strong>Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br>For more information, you may reach out to Charmaine at her email at <strong>charmaine.loo@peoplelake.asia<\/strong> or text her at +6017-4622500 (WhatsApp message only)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Client Our client is a rapidly growing electronics manufacturing company based in Perak, Malaysia, operating as a key regional hub for a well-established international group headquartered in Asia.
