Since its incorporation in 2018, the company has specialized in <strong>PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)<\/strong> and a wide range of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, coils, and transformers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SMT Process Engineer is responsible for supporting and optimizing surface mount technology (SMT) manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective production. The role involves process troubleshooting, equipment maintenance coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set up, monitor, and maintain SMT production lines (e.g: stencil printers, pick &amp; place machines, reflow ovens).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform root cause analysis on process and quality issues and implement corrective actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to ensure smooth operation and compliance with standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct process validation for new product introduction (NPI).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimize machine parameters and material flow for better efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support preventive maintenance and calibration of SMT equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare documentation such as work instructions, setup sheets, and engineering reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Qualification: At least a bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering or equivalent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 2\u20133 years of experience in SMT processes and equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiar with IPC standards and SMT quality requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work independently and in a team environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Charmaine at her email at <strong>charmaine.loo@peoplelake.asia<\/strong> or text her at +6017-4622500 (WhatsApp message only)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Client Our client is a rapidly growing electronics manufacturing company based in Perak, Malaysia, operating as a key regional hub for a well-established international group headquartered in Asia.
