The role includes handling bookkeeping, e-invoicing, and assisting with financial documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and related documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in e-invoicing and ensure compliance with digital invoicing requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor client payments and outstanding accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with basic bank reconciliations and monthly reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and auditors as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3\u20134 years of working experience in accounting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal firm experience is an advantage. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with e-invoicing processes or AP\/AR functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Grace Tan via email (grace.tan@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-780 1215). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the company: Out client is a trusted Malaysian legal firm offering comprehensive services in corporate conveyancing, litigation, and dispute resolution for a diverse range of clients.
