The company uses a strategy of accumulating large landbanks to support long-term, large-scale township and housing developments. Their developments now span many states across West Malaysia including Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor, Perak, Penang, and Kedah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 To attend any walk-ins, sales inquiry or phone call professionally by provide an excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
\u2022 Manage sales inquiries, sales leads, presentation and closure, including attending to potential purchasers and follow up on cases.
\u2022 To work closely with team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
\u2022 To participate for new product launching, roadshows, events and etc.
\u2022 Assist in loan application by liaising with panel bankers and lawyers to ensure smooth and timely conversion.
\u2022 Ensure all sales documents are complete and key-in accurately in system.
\u2022 Timely update loan approval status and provide information to Sales Admin to arrange signing of Sale and Purchase Agreement upon loan approval is obtained.
\u2022 To update on weekly\/monthly sales report.
\u2022 To assist appointed real estate agencies whenever needed.
\u2022 To prepare agents commission claim and submit it to respective department.
\u2022 Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Candidate must possess at least SPM\/STPM \u201cA\u201d Level\/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced\/Higher\/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\u2019s Degree Post Graduate Diploma, Business Studies\/ Administration\/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
\u2022 Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Those with experience would be an added advantage.
\u2022 At least one (1) year experience in related field.
\u2022 Able to speak in Malay, English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
\u2022 Computer literature and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Word and Excel)
\u2022 Good discipline, independent, result-orientated and aggressive in generating sales.
\u2022 Positive mindset, proactive, dynamic and a good team player.
\u2022 Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
\u2022 Possess own transport and willing to travel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
