We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Manager \/ Team Lead<\/strong> to lead our inside sales team and drive growth in the ICT solutions space. If you are passionate about sales leadership, managing a high-performing team, and growing business opportunities, this role is for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve sales targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base and increase revenue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Promote ICT products, solutions, services, and maintenance packages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Oversee quotations, order processing, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Conduct lead research, cold calling, and manage the full sales cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for business insights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Degree in Business, Sales, or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • 2\u20135 years<\/strong> of inside sales experience, with at least 1 year<\/strong> in a team lead\/managerial role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience in telesales, customer service, or B2B sales is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Knowledge of ICT products\/solutions is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Results-driven, analytical, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Multilingual: English, Malay, Chinese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
