It specializes in end-to-end services\u2014from design and prototyping to full-scale production\u2014focusing on advanced wireless, RF, and IoT technologies for global clients across telecom, medical, and industrial markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in the wireless, IoT, and embedded systems markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and grow existing key accounts through consultative sales and relationship management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal submissions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee customer programs from initial engagement through design, development, and delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gather market and competitor intelligence to support strategic decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree in Engineering or Business or Marketing or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>At least 5 years of experience in business development &amp; sales<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Those with ODM and OEM sales experience in Semiconductor or networking industries are preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication and negotiation skills, and can effectively communicate and cooperate with customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A competitive remuneration package of up to RM 15,000 per month is offered, commensurate with experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kindly contact Ms. Jamie via WhatsApp at 012-2389953 or via email at jamie.tan@peoplelake.asia if you need further information<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Client Singapore Exchange-listed group providing integrated electronics manufacturing and engineering solutions.
