You will support Business Controllers by ensuring data accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and month-end closing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Financial &amp; Operational Data Analysis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input, update, and maintain operational data in financial systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor service line schedules and ensure accurate reporting periods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update vessel costs, bunker consumption, bayplan integration, and Breakbulk BLs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Investigate and correct errors in Bill of Ladings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Data Integrity &amp; Quality Control<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform cross-checks to verify accuracy of financial and operational data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and correct inconsistencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detect anomalies and escalate issues when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Autonomy &amp; Workload Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage assigned shipping line portfolio independently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet deadlines and maintain high accuracy, especially during month-end closing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IT Tools &amp; Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use Excel extensively for data analysis and cross-verification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with internal systems and tools to prepare data for finance teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-5 years of experience in finance operations, controlling, or data analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in shipping, logistics, or multinational companies is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong Excel and analytical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Grace Tan via email (grace.tan@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-780 1215)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the company: A global leader in shipping and logistics, providing reliable transport and supply chain solutions worldwide with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.
