You will also drive a strong culture of continuous improvement to improve efficiency, quality, and employee experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a hands-on role for an experienced transformation leader who enjoys simplifying processes and enabling teams to adopt change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead end-to-end business transitions, including process, system, and organizational changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop transition plans, timelines, risk assessments, and communication plans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage multiple projects and ensure timely, structured delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, HR, IT).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate change impact analysis, training, and stakeholder communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track improvement outcomes, KPIs, and benefits realization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5-10 years of experience in business transition, transformation, CI, or change management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lean Six Sigma (Green\/Black Belt), PMP, Agile, or PROSCI certification preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in finance or shared services environments is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Grace Tan via email (grace.tan@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-780 1215)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the company: A global leader in shipping and logistics, providing reliable transport and supply chain solutions worldwide with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.
