They are a stable and growing business, committed to expanding our operations while building a positive and people-focused work culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recruitment &amp; Hiring<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handle <strong>end-to-end recruitment<\/strong> for office, retail, and expansion roles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Source, screen, and conduct interviews (online &amp; in-office)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage offer process, onboarding, and documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>HR Operations &amp; Employee Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage staff onboarding, confirmation, and HR documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support <strong>performance management<\/strong> (KPIs, appraisals, reviews)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in implementing and reinforcing <strong>company core values<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle basic HR administration and ensure compliance with <strong>Employment Act<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Culture &amp; Engagement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plan and organise <strong>simple staff welfare activities<\/strong> and engagement initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support culture-building initiatives as the company grows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with external parties (e.g. business coach, vendors) when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>3\u20135 years<\/strong> of experience in HR and\/or Administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong hands-on experience in <strong>recruitment<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of HR processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiar with Malaysian <strong>Employment Act<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strong communication skills<\/strong> (<strong>Mandarin proficiency<\/strong> preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work independently, organized, and proactive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People-oriented, passionate, and open to learning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Grace Tan via email (grace.tan@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-780 1215).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the company: The hiring company is a well-established hardware and retail company with over 28 years of industry experience.
