This includes exploring new possibilities in lending \u2013 from research, negotiating deals with partners, crafting customer value proposition, oversee product implementation planning, delivery of solutions to ensuring the success of a product post launch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead end-to end development and management of lending products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify potential digital solutions and business partners, pitching new business opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with partners to structure deals and financial projections for potential collaborations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with UI\/UX, business analysts and project management teams to deliver best-in class digital lending solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assess impact of new product launches or implementation and develop roadmap of releases and identify growth opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive product adoption with a data-driven approach via all user touchpoints available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan, implement and execute wholistic marketing initiatives to acquire, retain, cross-sell, and up-sell. To also monitor and analyze campaign and channel performance to ensure results are on track and identify problems \/ issues and recommend resolutions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and analyze new business opportunities and current market trends by conducting market research and obtain feedback from users \/ stakeholders and propose insights with the aim to capture market share and increase user activeness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job Requirements<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid hands on product management experience in digital lending products (personal loans, Buy Now Pay Later, micro-lending, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven track record in digital product launches and lifecycle management within fintech, banking, or consumer finance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capable of driving product innovation and digital transformation initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of digital lending products, credit scoring, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High adaptability, analytical mindset, and customer-first orientation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, kindly contact Sunny Khoo via WhatsApp at 012-5164406 or via email at sunny.khoo@peoplelake.asia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Position Overview: A self-starter who is in charge of a suite of products under the digital lending team.
