This role involves active lead generation, solution presentations, proposal preparation, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is results-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment, with opportunities to grow and develop within the organization.<br><br><br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br>\u2022 Pinpointing the best offerings, giving demos or presentations as well as proposals to clients.<br>\u2022 Reaching out to potential leads through various channels such as partner collaboration, social media, marketing events etc.<br>\u2022 Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.<br>\u2022 Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with the client\u2019s key decision-makers and stakeholders.<br>\u2022 Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.<br>\u2022 Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that align with client&#8217;s needs and industry trends.<br>\u2022 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.<br>\u2022 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, deals insight and sales order lodging in the ERP system.<br>\u2022 Provide regular progress reports and updates toward goals and potential challenges.<br>\u2022 Participating in ongoing training and workshops, as well as attending social networking events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirement<\/strong><br>\u2022 Min 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT Industry.
