With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and consumer taste preferences, the company serves both local and regional markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><br>We are seeking an experienced <strong>R&amp;D Team Lead \/ Manager (Snack &amp; Noodle Category)<\/strong> to lead product innovation, renovation, and cost optimization initiatives within the food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end product development from concept and formulation to commercialization while managing R&amp;D projects, budgets, and a team of food technologists.
