This role works closely with Finance and Operations to provide accurate reporting and meaningful business insights for decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare and consolidate monthly management reports (Actual, Flash, Forecast)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support annual budgeting and quarterly revisions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform variance and gap analysis, investigate deviations, and highlight key trends<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct cost and profitability analysis to support performance monitoring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare dashboards and financial indicators for management review<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure accuracy of standard cost computation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with Operations and Commercial teams as a trusted Business Partner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support financial control reporting and handle ad-hoc analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting\/Finance ; professional qualification is an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum\u00a0<strong>5 years of experience in Business Control \/ Finance Controlling<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth\u00a0<strong>commercial analysis and act as a business partner<\/strong>\u00a0to support strategic decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong exposure to cost and revenue analysis (not treasury or inventory-focused roles)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in maritime\/shipping industry is preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Big 4 audit background is an added advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, formulas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of SAP or Oracle is a plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Grace Tan via email (grace.tan@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-780 1215)<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the company: A global leader in shipping and logistics, providing reliable transport and supply chain solutions worldwide with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.
