The role requires high ownership, the ability to work independently in a remote\/hybrid setup, and involvement in end-to-end development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and maintain web applications using React.js.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage features from planning to deployment and post-launch support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build real-time functionalities using WebSockets \/ Socket.IO.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrate frontend with backend APIs smoothly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support basic web infrastructure setup (Nginx, routing, deployment).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct code reviews and maintain coding best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify technical issues early and propose improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the team and contribute to overall performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum 5 years of frontend web development experience ; Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript\/TypeScript.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with WebSocket or real-time systems (e.g., Socket.IO).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of RESTful APIs, system architecture, and performance optimization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic knowledge of DevOps concepts (Nginx, routing, deployment).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full proficiency in Mandarin is a must. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nice-to-have: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience with SSR frameworks (e.g., Next.js) and mobile-first \/ PWA development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or Headless CMS).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Grace Tan via email (grace.tan@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-780 1215)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the company: Our client is a dynamic technology firm that designs and delivers custom software, web and mobile solutions to help businesses innovate, integrate, and elevate their digital platforms and customer experiences.
