{"id":17374,"date":"2026-02-25T03:38:14","date_gmt":"2026-02-25T03:38:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=17374"},"modified":"2026-02-25T03:40:24","modified_gmt":"2026-02-25T03:40:24","slug":"junior-seo-specialist","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/jobs\/junior-seo-specialist\/","title":{"rendered":"Junior SEO Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>About the Client<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our client is a technology-driven group providing innovative digital, IT, and professional solutions to support business growth and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify SEO opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform on-page SEO optimisation, including meta tags, headings, content structure, internal linking, and URL optimisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and SEO performance metrics using analytics and SEO tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track, analyse and report SEO performance, and recommend improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithms, SEO trends, and best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with content, design, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all digital initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support and execute content creation and link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist or lead SEO audits and optimisation initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and prioritise optimisation opportunities to improve site visibility and performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For senior candidates: develop and execute SEO strategies, mentor juniors, and manage stakeholder expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diploma\/Certificate\/Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Junior: 1\u20134 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience using SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content writing and optimisation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic coding knowledge (HTML\/CSS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Link-building experience is crucial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with content strategy and integration is nice to have.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vendor or agency management experience is nice to have.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Awareness of black-hat SEO practices (for defensive and compliance purposes only).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kindly contact Rainie via WhatsApp at 012-7911939 or email at rainie.chua@peoplelake.asia if you are keen to explore this opportunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Client Our client is a technology-driven group providing innovative digital, IT, and professional solutions to support business growth and operational efficiency.
