beverage, beauty &amp; health care, IT solutions etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Position Overview<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Assistant Country Manager (ACM) will be the commercial lead for the company&#8217;s motorcycle spare parts business division. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strong understanding of motorcycle culture, rider trends and ground-level dynamics<\/strong> <strong>is a must<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This is a role for those who\u00a0<strong>live and breathe the rider lifestyle, know the ground, understand the market<\/strong>\u00a0and can build a performance-focused brand that riders trust and follow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This role is supported by a team of Sales, Marketing and Business Development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Drive Commercial Performance<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Own the brand\u2019s revenue growth strategy and ensure delivery of monthly and annual sales targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define pricing strategies, dealer incentives and commercial forecasts to maintain profitability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lead Sales &amp; Dealer Engagement<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build, coach and drive a sales team focused on results, relationships and reach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthen dealer, workshop and retail networks across key markets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Develop &amp; Position the Brand<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Define the brand\u2019s identity, tone and value proposition in alignment with market demand and rider behavior.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee brand campaigns, motorsport sponsorships and digital marketing that elevates market relevance and recall.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Execute Market Growth Strategy<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expand into new territories and customer segments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead go-to-market strategies for new product lines or market rollouts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Champion Customer &amp; Community Experience<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build brand credibility through on-ground activation, rider engagement and workshop loyalty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster a community of brand advocates, fans and motorsport collaborators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monitor &amp;
