Role Summary: Provide expert oversight across all audit areas, ensuring compliance with IFRS, SFRS, and statutory regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Conduct risk assessments and establish effective audit strategies and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lead, mentor, and develop a high\u2011performing audit team to deliver quality outcomes and meet budget targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Review audit evidence, draw informed conclusions, and address complex audit objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Update audit policies and procedures in line with evolving professional standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Manage a diverse client portfolio and build strong, long\u2011term client relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Respond to technical queries from clients and internal teams on audit and compliance matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Drive business development initiatives to expand the audit practice\u2019s reach and impact. Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Chartered Accountant Singapore (Practicing Member) with signing authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Minimum 10 years of relevant audit experience, including at least 5 years as an Audit Partner in a mid\u2011tier audit firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Extensive Big Four audit experience is highly advantageous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Proven ability to sign audit reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise effectively with Mandarin\u2011speaking clients.
