Role Summary:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, drive continuous improvement, and work closely with cross\u2011functional teams to ensure seamless production operations. Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Resolve manufacturing issues, drive cost\u2011reduction, and support CTQ, CpK, yield, and quality goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Apply problem\u2011solving tools (5\u2011Why, DMAIC, 8D) and conduct root cause investigations with follow\u2011up actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Maintain and optimize equipment, update SOPs\/FMEAs, and ensure compliance with standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Provide technical support to production teams and coordinate with departments to ensure stable performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Experience in manufacturing or process engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Strong analytical and problem\u2011solving skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast\u2011paced environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
