This is a key role which is responsible for performing detailed background checks and verifications to confirm the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of candidate information. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct employment reference checks via phone and email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform database screening and searches for verification and background purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify educational credentials by contacting institutions via phone and email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accurately input and manage data collected during background checks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize, compile, and generate clear and concise reports for clients and candidates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute any additional background check tasks as assigned by the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open to fresh graduates, or with 1 to 3 years\u2019 working experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge in employment screening or background verification is a strong advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession of a university degree is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum SPM Certificate with a Credit Score in the Chinese Language<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commitment to maintain high ethical and professional standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IT savvy with proficiency in using office productivity softwares (e.g. MS Office, Google Workplace, Smartsheets, email).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability in handling data processing tasks efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Demonstrates professionalism and unwavering integrity in the handling of confidential and sensitive data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A team player with a proactive attitude.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Rainie Chua at rainie.chua@peoplelake.asia or contact her at +6012-7911939 for further discussion.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly communicative individual to join our team as an Employment Screening Officer to support our global operation team.
