Experienced in providing industry standard background check solutions tailored for HR professionals in Asia.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the role:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The incumbent will support the global operation team and is responsible for performing detailed background checks and verifications to confirm the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of candidate&#8217;s information. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct employment reference checks via phone and email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform database screening and searches for verification and background purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify educational credentials by contacting institutions via phone and email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accurately input and manage data collected during background checks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize, compile, and generate clear and concise reports for clients and candidates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute any additional background check tasks as assigned by the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 to 3 years\u2019 working experience is ideal.
