Driven by science and technology, they are committed to continuous innovation and operational excellence across the APAC region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end recruitment across the APAC region. In this role, you will actively participate in hiring decisions, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure a seamless and compliant recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance. If you thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment and have a passion for candidate experience and operational precision, this role is for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>End-to-End Recruitment:<\/strong>\u00a0Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned countries within the APAC region, ensuring hiring timelines are met and processes are executed smoothly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Candidate Experience &amp; Interview Coordination:<\/strong>\u00a0Oversee candidate administration, including scheduling interviews and assessments, preparing interview packs, and ensuring a professional and positive experience for every candidate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recruitment Data &amp; Reporting:<\/strong>\u00a0Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data within the system. Ensure recruitment stages and candidate records are properly updated, and support reporting by ensuring data accuracy and completeness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hiring Decision &amp; Assessment Support:<\/strong>\u00a0Participate in interviews as an HR representative, document interview feedback, administer assessments (including psychometric tests where applicable), and provide input to support hiring decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Offer Management &amp; Compliance:<\/strong>\u00a0Support remuneration discussions with the Compensation &amp; Benefits (C&amp;B) team, manage offer approvals, oversee pre-employment screening, and ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment legislation and internal processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong>\u00a04 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regional Exposure:<\/strong>\u00a0Experience supporting the APAC region is highly preferred.
