Since its incorporation in 2018, the company has specialized in\u00a0<strong>PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)<\/strong>\u00a0and a wide range of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, coils, and transformers.<br><br><br><strong>Role Summary:<\/strong><br>The role requires an experienced electronics test engineer with over five years in EMS\/SMT environments, strong communication and analytical skills, and responsibility for planning, executing, and improving new product test processes, equipment, and yield performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br>-Plan and execute FCT tests for new products, including capacity evaluation<br>-Develop SOPs for NPI releases and verify new test programs<br>-Design test fixtures and wiring diagrams; set up new test stations<br>-Monitor test performance and drive yield improvements<br>-Debug field return boards and perform root cause analysis<br>-Operate, troubleshoot, and repair production test equipment; maintain and upgrade as needed<br>-Support engineering program changes and collaborate on NPI testing<br>-Conduct ICT evaluations and prepare test coverage reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br>-Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent<br>-At least 5 years\u2019 experience in test engineering, preferably in EMS\/SMT environments<br>-Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin<br>-Skilled in product evaluation, documentation of test procedures, and report preparation<br>-Ability to establish new product testing procedures with manufacturing plants<br>-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Charmaine Loo via email at charmaine.loo@peoplelake.asia or WhatsApp at +6017-4622500<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the ClientOur client is a\u00a0rapidly growing electronics manufacturing company based in Perak, Malaysia, operating as a key regional hub for a well-established international group headquartered in Asia.
