Since its incorporation in 2018, the company has specialized in&nbsp;<strong>PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)<\/strong>&nbsp;and a wide range of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, coils, and transformers.<br><br><br><strong>Role Summary:<\/strong><br>The Manufacturing Section Manager oversees production operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, product quality, and on\u2011time delivery while driving continuous improvement and aligning manufacturing strategies with the company\u2019s business objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><br>-Plan, organize, and direct manufacturing and maintenance to maximize asset returns (ROA).<br>-Implement strategies to minimize costs through effective use of manpower, equipment, and materials.<br>-Ensure production schedules, product standards, and on\u2011time delivery targets are consistently met.<br>-Monitor KPIs, drive operational improvements, and manage change to meet evolving business needs.<br>-Liaise with QA on product quality and with production planners on schedules, materials, and machine status.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br>-Bachelor\u2019s degree in Production\/Manufacturing Process Management or related field, with at least 6 years of industry experience.<br>-Strong background in production planning, manpower control, ERP systems, and ISO QMS 9001 (advantageous).<br>-Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia; strong written and verbal communication skills.<br>-Ability to handle spontaneous issues, work independently, and demonstrate problem\u2011solving and adaptability.<br>&#8211;<strong>Strong Mandarin communication (spoken and written)<\/strong> for effective cross\u2011functional collaboration.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Charmaine Loo via email at charmaine.loo@peoplelake.asia or WhatsApp at +6017-4622500<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the ClientOur client is a&nbsp;rapidly growing electronics manufacturing company based in Perak, Malaysia, operating as a key regional hub for a well-established international group headquartered in Asia.
