Established in 1995 with nearly 3 decades of experience, the company has grown to become one of the leaders in Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) Solutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handle full set of accounts via computerised AutoCount accounting system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updating daily cash record and preparation of cash flow projection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring AR collection and AP payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintained accurate and timely daily accounting entries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in e-invoice processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in budgeting process including budgetary control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Online input of monthly\/quarterly accounts via Oracle and Sactona System from HQ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate for transfer pricing and compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaison with auditors and tax agent pertaining to audit and tax matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaison with relevant government authorities, banks, company secretary etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of monthly management reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of monthly payroll and attendance reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, CAT or Degree in Accounting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 2-3 years related working experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be proficient in Ms Word, Ms Excel and accounting software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytical and able to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in written and spoken English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Cheryl Soh via email (cheryl.soh@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-772 3437)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About our client: Our client offers complete business applications as a Total Solution Provider to the manufacturing industry in the Asia Pacific region.
