You will play a key role in improving tax reporting quality, ensuring compliance with evolving global tax requirements, and supporting ongoing transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tax Reporting &amp; Process Improvement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare and review Group Tax Pillar 2 reports accurately and on time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support improvements in tax reporting processes to ensure consistency and compliance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhance reporting tools and dashboards, focusing on simplification and user experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in training internal teams on tax reporting practices and requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with consolidation and accounting teams to strengthen reporting quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams across Head Office (HO), Regional Offices (RO), Global Business Services (GBS), and local entities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with tax and finance teams across different regions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tax Pillar 2 Implementation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support and drive the implementation of Tax Pillar 2 requirements across the Group<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the development and enhancement of tax reporting frameworks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and calculate effective tax rates across jurisdictions using Group tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support data collection from various entities for Pillar 2 reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in calculating safe harbour and top-up tax requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with accounting teams to improve tracking and handling of deferred tax matters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5\u20136 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit (public accounting or commercial environment)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technical Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong knowledge of tax accounting, IFRS, and financial consolidation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Core Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High integrity and ability to work independently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical skills with attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective communication skills across all levels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team player with a collaborative mindset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to deliver accurate work within tight deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nice to Have<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in process improvement, digitalisation, or AI-driven initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Grace Tan via email (grace.tan@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-780 1215)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the company: A global leader in shipping and logistics, providing reliable transport and supply chain solutions worldwide with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.
