You will support the Group in ensuring all TP policies and reporting requirements are properly executed in accordance with local tax regulations and international TP guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage Transfer Pricing (TP) matters across all countries where the Group operates <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare timely and accurate contemporaneous TP documentation in line with local regulations and TP guidelines <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure TP compliance, including monitoring reporting deadlines and maintaining required documentation <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay updated on changes in TP regulations and assess their impact on Group operations <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support tax audits and respond to queries from tax authorities related to TP matters <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate closely with finance teams to address issues related to intercompany transactions and TP policies <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all TP-related deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recognised Degree in Accountancy or Finance (with a focus in Taxation preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 3 years of Transfer Pricing experience, gained from public accounting firms and\/or commercial environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of Transfer Pricing principles and compliance requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Core Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High integrity and able to work independently with minimal supervision<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective communication skills across all levels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team-oriented and collaborative mindset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong execution focus with ability to deliver accurate and timely results<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nice to Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exposure to process improvement initiatives, including digitalisation or AI-driven solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Grace Tan via email (grace.tan@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-780 1215)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the company: A global leader in shipping and logistics, providing reliable transport and supply chain solutions worldwide with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.
