This role is critical in driving zero-defect culture, yield improvement, and process excellence across manufacturing environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Define and execute quality strategy, build high\u2011performing QA\/QC teams, and drive a zero\u2011defect culture.<br>\u2022 Implement and maintain international standards, ensure semiconductor quality compliance, and lead customer audits.<br>\u2022 Oversee material, process, and final inspection quality; monitor yield, defect density, and process capability.<br>\u2022 Act as the main interface for customer issues, lead 8D\/RCA\/CAPA, and manage returns and field failures.<br>\u2022 Establish supplier quality programs, conduct audits, and drive supplier improvement initiatives.<br>\u2022 Lead Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, DOE initiatives to improve yield, reduce defects, and enhance process stability.<br>\u2022 Oversee reliability testing, failure analysis, and collaborate on design\u2011for\u2011quality initiatives.<br>\u2022 Identify and mitigate risks, ensure EHS compliance, and maintain documentation and traceability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering or related field<br>\u2022 Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role<br>\u2022 Deep understanding of quality tools: SPC, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, DOE<br>\u2022 Proven track record in yield improvement and defect reduction<br>\u2022 Experience handling semiconductor customers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Charmaine Loo via email at charmaine.loo@peoplelake.asia or WhatsApp at +6017-4622500<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Company:MNC in Batu Kawan Role Summary:Quality Director will lead the end-to-end quality function manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, international standards, and semiconductor industry requirements.
