\u2022 Perform the IC Loan and TMA positions quarterly review
Dividend Campaign Management<\/strong>
\u2022 Animation of the Dividend Campaign process
\u2022 Preparation of the consolidated file by Region
\u2022 Preparing discussions on dividend approval by Region
\u2022 Supporting dividend approval process
\u2022 Follow-up with Region\/Countries\/Entities
\u2022 Associated Operational & Senior management reporting
Web Banking Management<\/strong>
\u2022 Administrate webbanking platform
\u2022 Perform Quarterly monitoring and consistency check
\u2022 Create\/deactivate users on request
Bank Charges and Guarantees<\/strong>
\u2022 Prepare monthly and quarterly Bank Charges report.
Power of Attorney [PoA]<\/strong>
\u2022 Support countries in the preparation and update of their PoA for banking powers
\u2022 Storage and support update of relevant Treasury systems \/ Webbanking
Project Transition<\/strong>
\u2022 Assist with Project transitions from HO as and when required
Miscellaneous<\/strong>
\u2022 Knowledge sharing and collaboration on various aspects for their development.
\u2022 Handle any other tasks assigned from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\nRequirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
