They possess full-chain capabilities, encompassing product design, manufacturing, sales and service, and provides a comprehensive one-stop solution for both standardized and customized products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the Role:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and lead a team in achieving output, quality, and safety targets. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth production flow, efficient manpower utilization, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supervise daily production activities based on production plans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor output, manpower, and downtime; prepare related reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allocate manpower effectively to meet production targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead, coach, and motivate operators and technicians<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve production efficiency and minimize downtime<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support new product introduction (NPI), line setup, and trial runs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle disciplinary matters in line with company policy and labour law<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain 6S and good housekeeping practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diploma\/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3\u20135 years of experience in a manufacturing environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in HVAC \/ air-conditioning \/ electro-mechanical assembly is an added advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of production processes and line management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong leadership and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication skills with all levels of staff (Operators, engineers, and management)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, you may reach out to Grace Tan via email (grace.tan@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-780 1215)<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the company: A technology-driven manufacturer and supplier specializing in heating ventilation, air conditioning, and control systems for residential, commercial, and industrial market.
