It is best known for its lifestyle Super App that offers O2O e-commerce, e-payment, and rewards solutions. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a NASDAQ-listed entity and is currently expanding into digital assets (RWA tokenization) within Malaysia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Role Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are seeking a CEO on behalf of our client, a Malaysian IT and eCommerce company (operator of a leading lifestyle Super App). The company is a subsidiary of a NASDAQ-listed entity. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in&nbsp;<strong>IT and eCommerce<\/strong>&nbsp;and a proven track record in a&nbsp;<strong>publicly listed company (Bursa or NASDAQ)<\/strong>&nbsp;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Strategic Leadership &amp; Business Growth (IT &amp; eCommerce)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Define and drive the overall strategy for the company&#8217;s Super App, O2O e-commerce, and payment solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead user acquisition, merchant partnerships, and transaction volume growth across Malaysia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guide the company&#8217;s expansion into new technology verticals, including digital assets (RWA tokenization)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Public Company Compliance &amp; Governance (Bursa \/ NASDAQ)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure full compliance with\u00a0<strong>NASDAQ listing rules<\/strong>\u00a0(as a subsidiary of a NASDAQ-listed parent) and applicable Bursa Malaysia requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee financial reporting and internal controls through the finance team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with the Board, auditors, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Strategic Financial &amp; Operational Oversight<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set financial direction and approve annual budgets, P&amp;L targets, and KPIs developed by the finance team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead fundraising efforts and manage key investor relationships<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee operational performance through department heads (Technology, Marketing, Merchant Operations)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.
