{"id":17739,"date":"2026-04-27T07:10:05","date_gmt":"2026-04-27T07:10:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=17739"},"modified":"2026-04-28T02:13:43","modified_gmt":"2026-04-28T02:13:43","slug":"general-manager-plant-operations-head-of-plant-wooden-picture-frame-moulding-based-in-rawang","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/peoplelake.asia\/zh\/jobs\/general-manager-plant-operations-head-of-plant-wooden-picture-frame-moulding-based-in-rawang\/","title":{"rendered":"General Manager (Plant Operations) \/ Head of Plant \u2013 Wooden Picture Frame Moulding (based in Rawang)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">About the Company<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A public listed company with major business in the manufacturing and export of Wooden Picture Frame Moulding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Responsible for planning, supervising, leading and motivating the production team to meet customer order on time delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designs and implements programs to enhance production productivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure production machineries fully running and the product delivered according to schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and maintain production system (iEPOS &amp; PRS) operation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop, implement, continuously review and improve standard operating procedures and work instructions for production and maintenance operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee, coach, motivate production and maintenance staff in production operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for the overall leadership, management and progressive growth of the Quality Management System and Quality Team including ISO 9001 and FSC compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To maintain and develop procedural documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable international standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To coordinate the cross-functional interaction with the Operations and Marketing teams and oversee the day-to-day quality control, assurance and engineering related to new product development and existing product lines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To work with management and cross-functional teams to create, document, analyze and improve company processes striving for increased efficiency, effectiveness and reduced costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expert identification of root causes of problems with ability for swift coordination of appropriate responses, including graphical analysis and Pareto charts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To manage CAR (Corrective Action Requests) and Customer Complaints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate with process engineering and continuous improvement efforts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate trends and report Quality Metrics by analyzing customer complaints, non-conformances (NCR&#8217;s), scrap, internal audits and other quality indicators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To lead the design team to come up with saleable moulding designs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Requirements<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in the wooden products, wooden furniture, wooden building materials, or wooden picture frame industry is a must.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to communicate in Mandarin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Occasionally travelling to US and Australia for client visit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess experience in the operating within ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information, kindly reach out to Sunny Khoo via Whatsapp at 012-5164406 or via email at sunny.khoo@peoplelake.asia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Company: A public listed company with major business in the manufacturing and export of Wooden Picture Frame Moulding.
