The Operations Manager will lead cross-functional teams including project management, engineering, logistics, maintenance, and administration. The role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives on improving processes, aligning daily operations with strategic goals, and driving performance through KPIs and continuous improvement. The primary challenge and opportunity: to translate high-level strategy into practical, measurable action plans while ensuring safety, compliance, and quality across all departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Operational Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee daily business operations across all departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead and coordinate activities related to project management, engineering, logistics, maintenance, and administrative support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Translate the company\u2019s strategic objectives into practical operational goals and action plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Process &amp; Performance Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitor operational performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify areas for process improvement and implement operational excellence initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain continuous improvement practices across all operational functions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Team Leadership &amp; Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead, mentor, and support department heads and operational staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster a collaborative, performance-oriented work culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage training and skill development to build high-performing teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Compliance, Safety &amp; Quality<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote a strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture throughout the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee quality assurance systems and operational audits to maintain high standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.
