The role involves jig design, equipment sourcing, MSA\/GRR studies, and advanced use of CMM\/OMM systems to support product quality and customer requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review the measurement\/ testing requirement and method for new drawing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create MSOP for New Product Introduction and existing products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train Technicians\/Inspectors on the use of the measurement\/testing equipment and established MSOP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and calibrate the measurement\/test equipment as per ISO 17025 requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design and fabricate jig for measurement \/ test purpose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Source, review and recommend new measurement \/ test equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform MSA \u2013 GRR and correlation (Internal and external with customer)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FA measurement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience using CMM \/ OMM equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Job Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical \/ Material \/ QA Engineering or with relevant industry experiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge &amp; experience in GD&amp;T as per ASME Y14.5.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical knowledge of OMM and CMM.
