You will play a key role in designing and implementing tech-enabled legal solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders and clients to streamline legal operations and enhance service delivery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Client Solution Design &amp; Delivery:<\/strong>\u00a0Work closely with clients to understand their legal operational challenges, translating complex business requirements into practical and effective technology solutions that consider people, process, and technology (legal technology exposure such as Legal Front Door, Matter Management, Contract Lifecycle Management are not required for this role)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>AI-Enabled Tools &amp; Best Practice:<\/strong>\u00a0Demonstrate experience using AI-enabled tools, with an awareness of their strengths, weaknesses, and best practices for effective and ethical usage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Solution Build &amp; Configuration:<\/strong>\u00a0Design and build working solutions using low-code\/no-code platforms, demonstrating the ability to configure and customize systems to meet specific client needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Integration &amp; Automation:<\/strong>\u00a0Support the integration of technology platforms, including working with APIs, and leverage tools like Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate to build automation and enhance connectivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stakeholder Management:<\/strong>\u00a0Serve as a client-facing professional, fostering strong relationships with legal and business stakeholders, guiding them through solution design, implementation, and adoption.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Project Support:<\/strong>\u00a0Contribute to project success through effective business analysis, documentation, and adherence to project management principles, whether working independently or as part of a wider project team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vendor Management &amp; Best Practice:<\/strong>\u00a0Collaborate with legal technology suppliers and vendors to stay abreast of product capabilities, emerging trends, and best practices for successful implementation and adoption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Requirements<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse, with a proven track record of using these technologies to deliver real-world, business-facing solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical experience with low-code\/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, SharePoint, Salesforce, etc.) to configure and build solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with API integrations and experience in leveraging tools like Microsoft Power Automate for automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with AI-enabled tools, coupled with an understanding of their capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client-facing communication and presentation skills, with a track record of effective stakeholder management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to commit to working hours from 12 pm \u2013 8 pm Malaysia Timing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The salary for this position is up to RM 8,300.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For more information, kindly reach out to Sunny Khoo via Whatsapp at 012-5164406 or via email at sunny.khoo@peoplelake.asia<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the client: Legal Consultancy and Legal Tech Solutions Provider &#8211;
