Its subsidiaries are principally involved in the manufacturing and marketing of Ductile Iron (\u201cDI\u201d) and High-Density Polyethylene (\u201cHDPE\u201d) pipes, fittings and other related products and trading of Mild Steel (\u201cMS\u201d) pipes and fittings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the role:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To lead and execute the company&#8217;s communications and public relations strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing corporate reputation, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and communication initiatives that strengthen the company&#8217;s brand and public image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Public Relations &amp; Media Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and implement comprehensive public relations and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, journalists, industry associations, and key stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and distribute press releases, media statements, speeches, and corporate announcements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and public engagements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor media coverage and manage the company&#8217;s public image and reputation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Corporate Communications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop internal and external communication materials, including newsletters, corporate presentations, and executive communications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support corporate branding and marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage content for company websites, social media platforms, and other communication channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in organizing event, function, media conference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have experience in media relation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 5\u20138 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, or related roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience managing media relations and corporate communications programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong network with media organizations and industry stakeholders is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in crisis communications and reputation management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For more information, you may reach out to Cheryl Soh via email (cheryl.soh@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-772 3437)<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About our client: An investment holding company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
