Having 30 years of experience serving clients in the following industries: insurance, banking, telecommunications, aviation, construction, and government institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experienced IBM ODM \/ IBM BAW Developer with strong expertise in enterprise decision management, business process automation, and application integration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse business needs in order to design, develop, test, deploy and support applications to meet business objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain and support the applications in accordance to Service Level Agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver applications in accordance to relevant IT policies and procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve new\/complex problems which may impact the application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work as part of the team to provide and share technical knowledge to other team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8 + years of hands-on experience in development of IBM ODM\/Rule Designer (Operational Decision Manager v8.10.x), Rule Execution server, Decision Center and Action \/ Rule set .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong development knowledge on BOM\/XOM, decision table, technical rule and rule flow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in ODM upgrades\/migrations, patching, production support, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in analysis, designing, coding and implementation of complex, custom-built applications in IBM Workflows\/BPM\/BAW v20.x.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge on Process Admin, IBM WAS\/ WebSphere , Java scripting ,RDBMS , SQL and API \/ Rest programming.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possessing skills with IBM MQ, Java\/Java EE, Shell Script , Batch script and codebase knowledge on GIT are added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in agile Software development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insurance domain experience is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IBM ECM (Enterprise Content Manager), CI\/CD knowledge, Dockers, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud.
