Specializing in ERP, cloud solutions, and business intelligence, they are currently expanding their regional team in Malaysia to support large-scale implementation projects across Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are looking for talented Business Analysts at both Senior and Junior levels to join our client&#8217;s project delivery team. You will act as the vital link between business goals and technical solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Responsibilities (Common to All Levels)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gather, analyze, and document business requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build reports and dashboards to track key metrics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bridge business leaders and technical teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support end-user training and change management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Junior Business Analyst (0-2 Years Experience)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support senior analysts in gathering and documenting requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in creating reports and dashboards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help map business processes and workflows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn business operations on the job<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Senior Business Analyst (5+ Years Experience)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead complex analysis projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentor and guide junior analysts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own requirements gathering for major initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide strategic recommendations to leadership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive cross-functional projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead workshops with client stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Must-Have Qualifications (For All levels)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI \/ Tableau)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, IT, Finance, Economics, or related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of Java and J2EE architecture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in JavaScript<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working in Agile\/Scrum environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of SDLC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For Senior Role (Preferred)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CBAP, PMI-PBA, or IIBA-AAC certifications are a plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven track record of leading initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in enterprise software implementation (ERP, CRM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience working with Java development teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please be informed that only shortlisted candidate will be notified.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For more information, you may reach out to Jamie at her email at <strong>jamie.tan@peoplelake.asia<\/strong> or WhatsApp her at <strong>+6012 238 9953<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Client We are hiring on behalf of a global leader in enterprise software solutions with over 40 years of industry expertise.
