Currently expanding into Malaysia market and building its first local team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers on overdue payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct collections follow-up via WhatsApp messaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage day-to-day scheduling and rostering for the collections team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on collections calls and messages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update and maintain collections SOPs on an ongoing basis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide guidance and support to junior collections staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u6559\u80b2<\/strong>: Diploma or above<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Language<\/strong>: Proficient in\u00a0<strong>English and Bahasa Malaysia<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience in collections \/ debt recovery is required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with team scheduling, quality assurance, or SOP management preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication and negotiation skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to remain professional and composed when handling difficult conversations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For more information, you may reach out to Cheryl Soh via email (cheryl.soh@peoplelake.asia) or WhatsApp (+6018-772 3437)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About our client: A leading fintech platform founded in 2007 and headquartered in Shanghai, China.
