Job responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Revenue & Sales Drive<\/strong>
    Hit Sales Targets: Set, monitor, and drive monthly sales targets for all northern outlets.
    Local Marketing & Collaborations: Proactively identify local marketing opportunities, school\/kindergarten collaborations, corporate bookings, and events to increase foot traffic and group sales.
    Upselling & Packages: Train and motivate outlet crews on upselling techniques, membership packages, and promotional campaigns to maximize the average spend per customer.
    Competitor & Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics dynamically.

  2. Operational Excellence & SOP Compliance<\/strong>
    Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular outlet audits to ensure 100% compliance with company SOPs, cleanliness, safety standards, and service quality.
    Inventory & Asset Management: Oversee stock control, material ordering, and asset maintenance across outlets to minimize wastage and operational downtime.
    Issue Resolution: Act as the primary problem-solver for daily operational hiccups, mall management coordination, and customer escalations.

  3. Team Leadership & Talent Management<\/strong>
    Manpower Planning: Manage outlet scheduling, shift planning, and manpower optimization to control labor costs while maintaining service quality.
    Performance & Training: Regularly evaluate outlet supervisors and crew performance. Conduct ongoing training on customer service, safety, and operational workflows.
    Culture: Build a high-energy, positive, and customer-first culture among the frontline retail teams.

  4. Reporting & Strategy<\/strong>
    Performance Reviews: Analyze weekly and monthly sales data, labor costs, and operational expenses to provide actionable insights to the management team.
    Action Plans: Formulate and execute immediate action plans for underperforming outlets.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Experience: Minimum 3\u20135 years<\/strong> of experience in retail, F&B, family entertainment, or edutainment operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing operational budgets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent leadership and team-building skills; able to manage and motivate a diverse, youthful frontline crew.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fluent in English and Malay. The ability to speak Mandarin is a strong advantage to coordinate effectively across diverse customer and partner demographics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Possess own transport and willingness to travel regularly between outlets within Klang Valley.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Able to work retail hours<\/strong>, including weekends, public holidays, or peak mall periods when necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
