In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the Group\u2019s day-to-day operational performance, executing strategic initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture. You will work closely with the CEO and Board to ensure all business units achieve their financial and strategic objectives, overseeing a diverse portfolio of operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strategic &amp; Operational Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Translate the Group\u2019s strategic vision into actionable operational plans and objectives for all business divisions and subsidiaries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead the execution of key business initiatives and large-scale transformation projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the integration of new business acquisitions and support expansion strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Performance &amp; Resource Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establish, monitor, and analyze operational KPIs to ensure productivity, quality, and profitability targets are met or exceeded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and manage operational budgets, driving cost-control initiatives while maintaining service excellence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes, optimize resource utilization, and reduce operating costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Governance &amp; Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure strict compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthen operational risk management frameworks and internal controls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Champion workplace health, safety, and environmental standards across the Group.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Leadership &amp; People Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead, mentor, and develop senior management teams, cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive talent development and succession planning initiatives to build a robust leadership pipeline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Change Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Foster strong relationships with the CEO, Board of Directors, business leaders, customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Champion digital transformation and process innovation to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong>\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
